Yes! Truthfully, I been baking gluten free for so long that attempting to bake with wheat makes me apprehensive. As a person with celiac disease, I know the importance of ensuring gluten free items. All of my bakeware and tools have only been used for gluten free baking.

Great question! If you are familiar with buying gluten free products you know that the cost is significantly higher than wheat items. That being said, gluten free flour cost about 3-5x the amount of wheat flour. I base my prices on cost of supplies, ingredients and the time it takes for me to create the cake.

I love Pinterest! I get a lot of inspiration there myself. If you found a design and you want to see if I can make it gluten free, just ask! I’ll do my best to accommodate.

That depends on the design and order size. Between gathering supplies, baking, and decorating; there is definitely a lot of time involved. I ask that you give me a one week notice prior to needing the cake. Custom designs may require additional time. If you need your order in under a week, contact me and I’ll see what I can do.

I sure can! However, the color options will be limited and less vibrant. I even have a dye free sprinkle option.
